The outgoing Board had no reservations about not following the communities wishes to have the minutes of the previous meeting corrected to reflect the truth of what happened at the meeting nor to get approval after six months employment of the administrative assistant, so I don’t see why they all of a sudden claim to have “in all good conscience” reservations about signing the minutes of what actually happened at this past meeting.
Sign the minutes as they happened and let’s get on with life. It sounds as if the outgoing Board is hiding something and they are afraid to have anyone else take over and find out about it. We all know how much they didn’t do; perhaps it’s time we found out what they did do.
