Dear HOA members,

After much consideration and discussion, your board has unanimously determined that an Emergency Assessment is unavoidable. The anticipated shortfall of funds for essential services and previously budgeted items has arrived.

These include regular monthly expenses of over $3500 per month and road repair and maintenance of approximately $9000 based on last years repairs.

Quinn, the treasurer. will be sending out invoices with the assessment of $200 per lot with a structure and $100 per lot without a structure.

The special emergency assessment is due 30 days from the date of invoice. To remain a member in good standing, participate at the HOA meeting in November, to avoid late penalties, and in order for your HOA to continue providing essential services, your prompt payment is necessary and greatly appreciated.
